Suggestions / Riflegrenades smoketrail - WHY?

Why is it that riflegrenades has a smoketrail? Dosent seem very realistic and IMO it just looks awful.
If it's to help aim and see where the grenade lands -then you can do that just fine by seeing where the explosion is.
I would also suggest Implementing a limited grenadier class with riflegrenades to limit the grenade spam on some maps and would probably also be alot more realistic.
And last the sound. It's just bad. Firing riflegrenades sounds alot more like firing a rifle then the current "plump" sounds they have.
