Transformers 2:Revenge of the Fallen

What can I say? As awful as I expected it to be. There is not one noteworthy film making thing from it. It was so bad I laughed throughout the whole movie. And also there was this weird blantant racism throughout.

0/10
What was racist in it?

Both the "comic" and I use that term loosely robots were like toothless blacks with the sterotypical black-ness. The guy in the butcher shop was a toothless black guy who spoke like a retard. The Jewish baker kept saying "I am going to schmear my bagels". It was bad news

Aye Transformers 2 should never have been made. Part 1 neither!

The Good, The Bad, The Weird

Picture the following: South-Korean western set in Manchuria during the 1930's containing bounty hunters, rogues, rebels and also the Imperial Army of Japan!

That's what this is and it's...

AWESOME

Really nice gunfights, badass characters and one of the most stunning chase scenes I've seen in long while.

My reaction:

A perfect movie for a lazy evening or typical hungover Sunday movie.

Only problem I had with it was the length. A bit over two hours got a bit too long in the end there.

Capitalism: A Love story
- Yep, I liked it. I'm pretty weak for Moore's movies I gotta say.

I'm weak for them too, haven't seen that one though! gotta do it very soon!

I saw a swedish movie yesterday.
Dom Kallar Oss Mods
The documentary about the group known as "Mods", sons and daughters of the working class who simply hang around in the city, drinking, smoking, weeding + heroin etc.
This trilogy (this is only part 1) follows the two boys Kenta and Stoffe (Kenneth and Kristoffer) with their lives, they meet girls, and how they eventually drift apart.
This movie was filmed in the late 1960's (Black and white). Ten years later the cameraman/director met up with Kenta and Stoffe, following their lives 10 years later. But that story comes in the second part, "Ett anstÃĪndigt liv".

I think it's hard to rate this movie, I would like to give it 9/10, but then again I come to think of how good it actually is.
10/10. In a sweden were hardly no one had any idea about "the underside of swedens belly", this movie was made. An incredible depiction of the lives of working-class youths, searching for a place to sleep for the night.
I see were you are trying to reach: "how can a 17 year old kid have such a thinking like this? why doesnt he wants to be like normal teens who whana get rich? and his plan actually makes sense, but is too damn revolutionary and good at the same time than is still doubthfull if it works..." - Damaso

The Good, The Bad, The Weird

Still haven't yet recovered from this movie. Lets just say this for you with any kinds of doubts about seeing this movie:

1) The main character is constantly through out the movie using not one but two Walther P38's
2) His best buddy is always walking around in a German army helmet
3) Opium dens and treasure maps, you need anything else?

Anyhow, just finished the second season of How I met your mother

Nothing special really but perfect show when you got a few minutes over to kill some time. Some episodes are pretty weak from time to time but some really good ones here and there.

agreed. How I Met Your Mother is a perfect time-killer.
Some episodes are also really great, and I have more than once been amazed by how well written they are.

I loved the whole slap thing between Marshall and Barney, when Marshall got to choose between dealing out 5 slaps in a row or three slaps that he could use from then to eternity

I almost died when he used is first slap (when Barney put up his own play).

Yeah that's funny :) You'll enjoy the following 2 (or maybe 3) slaps. season 5 and they're not done yet!

Angels and Demons

It was beautifully made, very good music and effects and acting, though a few things were so implausible that it made it a soft-science nightmare.

7/10

Also, the 'surprise' twist at the end was a little too transparent.
