No black and white.
I saw some more screenshots of the maps actually, and it really looks nice.

Nice! the street looks to be too wide, but I guess you didn't placed all the sidewalks yet.

Do you have a sketch from the minimap? I´m curious if you plan to make a 100% city map or you will save some area to do the fields surrounding the city.

On the Streets you see, the Sidewalks are set. look at the Original Foto, this Mainstreet is 16 Meters broad. Streets behind, are closer. Exactly the Street, today a Walk-Zone:

Sry, no minimap now. Please read my Posts, still WIP
And yes, this is a 100% Citymap. Have a Look:

I's like to see ti with more cover in the streets (sandbags, rubble, burnt out vehicles, furniture from the houses)

After i have set my Structure of all Streets, this will be the next Job.  ;)

Also, I personally would completely destroy the park area around the fountain, adding trenches and heaps of rubble etc.

As soon as I got free time again (2/3 days) I'll help you out. PM me your MSN or Xfire or whatever that will make the process easier.

Ofcourse it will, or else everyone starts to play it.

I wont start worrying about that.. And even if it's laggy, put your shaders down a level.

wow, thanks.
the first pics are awesome. this one with the bridge is great. and thats for what i search, pictures of the streets. here i make a horrible  ;D overview(2min on paint^^) for you with google earth. you see my battlearea where i am working now. the flags i set, are not in the map now, but i think this will be the areas, where i wanna set them. and if you think this is a small map, dont worry, it feels like one kilometer long. sry for the bad quality, but for a first overview, i think its enough  ;)

im still working on all the streets. set sidewalks and buildings to make all the streets i need. so dont wonder if you see no details, barricadas, wrecks and something like that. and im also not shure, to use all this intact building you see now. but the problem is, this map must work. so im very carefull with the destroyed ones. the great pictures, >TDP<asom  post, are showing the huge demolition of the streets, when the RAF bomber try to take out the submarine harbour. pls, GIVE ME MORE OFTHESE PICS^^.  be sure, i try to make 50% of the city destroyed. indeed, in the city the where after the war no buildings to use, and in the pictures from 2005 you see, they make all houses new. so, dont mess me now with the historic pics, let me set the structure, and then i will work for the face of the streets.

thank you for the great pics, they help me realy, to make it good. and now, i found my color camera  ;D

e: flametrower crocodile? BBQ in the streets  :)
