American revolution ?? quite interresting. I was shure it would have been the French Revolution. Can't wait to try it :P
The sequel might still be set there. After all, Part 2 was a three-part game ;)

True. After all the French revoltution came after the American one.

I played the first, which was great fun. I only got a bit into the second one, then I got bored. But.... SimCity 5 is a nice reveal. I wondered for years... finally!

SC5 I will check out.

The first was alright, but I don't think I ever really "drank the koolaid" per se when it came to AC

I would have been more excited about it being set in the Civil War tbh.

His outfit seems quite French... (at least to me, but yeah the face looks Indian)

I am wondering, How was this game on PS3 and Xbox? Worth buying for pc?
Can you play this game decently if you did not play any of the older games of this series?

I guess so. I played the second one , and didn't feel like I needed to play the first one to "get it" . I'm going to try it out on PC for sure

Assassin's Creeds have usually worked just fine on all platforms.

I'm hoping for Late Tokugawa Shogunate or Victorian London.

False, don't forget the ginormous DRM problems one of the older games had thanks to Ubisoft, I think it was the second in the series, made it just about unplayable iirc.

Gameplay wise. And the infamous Ubisoft DRM is no more.
