well, as always moderation is important. you dont need to exaggerate everything. of course there are people who take some strange stuff, dont do anything else etc. and look ridicolous (especially when they also use tanning cream xD).
but i dont think there is anything to say against some sports and training as long as you feel well. also a good nutrition is important - not some strange stuff put together.
i´m looking quite normal right now and im not plainning to become any heavier. and i am far from an expert or lunatic in sports.

As for now, starting from this monday i have to get an Intravenous therapy every 2 weeks. It pretty much contains all the medicenes i take ATM, and replaces them.
I hope it works well, because i wanna get back to working ASAP

This is awesome as i have to take to much fcking meds at the moment, it drives me INSANE

Just came back after staying two weeks at the barracks because I got today off and (even better!) monday is a national holiday, so I´m having a real 4-days-weekend. Also I´ll have next Friday off, too, so another short week ahead.
Plus we have super-fast 32 mbit/s fibre glass internet now! I have finally arrived in the year 2011! ;D

I got rest week holiday from army. I have my second phase of drivers lisence already completed, while about half of us are actually at the moment there on lessons  ;D.

Quite thrilled here because of recent developments.l

My most recent photographic project got selected for exhibition by one of the most interesting galleries/organisations in Holland for my line of duty - Fotodok.

Together with work of photographers of significantly greater stature, I'm the benjamin of the lot...only gains to be made her.

The best news is that together with the exhibition I also got the opportunity to create a small bookpublication of the same work! (if you want to order one - ASK  :P)
