Dark shadows in open buildings
« on: 10-11-2013, 21:11:26 »
So, I have a problem on some maps with open buildings:

So, I have no other way and play the game on low lighting settings:

And then the game looks really ugly...

The question is - is this only my problem or other players have it too? Of course I can increase my monitor or graphics brightness, but then my eyes hurt...

If other players have it, can devs look into this and relightmap these objects with higher gifiill intensity (if I remember right)?

It's been awhile since I've played with my light on high settings, but I'd say that looks pretty normal to me.

I think your monitor settings might be screwed up...

I have everything at high except terrain (which causes to make the screen go fuzzy :P).

The first pic is normal I believe, but it is a trade off if you want to have a dark room or a light room.

Yeah it's your monitor setting, I can see everything clearly.

The pic is indeed dark, but I've never had issues with dark rooms houses (;)) or anything being too dark.
