Hey dudes!

I have been following Hearts of Iron 3, they are currently giving us a Major Newsupdate every Wednesday. But they do give us little updates, or some "Shots", in Twitter.


Twitter seems to be a good website, where you can post News and things like that. I think this will keep the FH2 community ALIVE. before the PzIV update.. the Website was calm.. whit nothing beign shown etc.


I would like to see FH2 in Twitter.. heres the HoI3 Twitter.

As you can see, they post "So, the 1943 scenario is now fully operational. Its a very good scenario for the logistics balancing work." It keeps their community Alive and whit high Morale. I check it daily and post in the Forums sometimes.. asking something about it.


This is a cool feature for FH2 updates, most of our community doesnt eat Food, they eat Newsupdates, they need to be Supplies whit updates, if not, we will leave. People will get confused whitout newsupdates, losing faith on the mod, saying "ZOMG IS DEAD ROFL" and things like that.

For Example, it would be cool of the devs could give us a minor update, like "We will start testing Carentan in a few minutes" , "We just finished the Testing session in Carentan, we also tested the FG42 there!" or even something like "I am working in a classic FH.7 vehicle"..



What do you think about it ? do you like it?.. i do :)

As I understand it, the devs like to make the stuff they work on secret, and only show it in tis finished state, otherwise they would have dev journals like the PR dudes.

Ach Gottchen... Google you used to be a bit more humorous.
If I slanted people with ADHD, which is a serious sickness and/or insulted someone on this forum, then I'm sorry at the moment, but there are way worse slurs that someone could make. My post, as should be obvious, was intended to show that a twitter feature is something that is (IMO!) just for people who's attention span is shorter than 2 weeks and who deem a mod dead that doesn't release progress news at a daily/weekly basis.

Pfft, twitter, i woulnd folow it. also i read somewhere that the average acount theire is removed after 30 days, so i guess its just a hype i wish to die as soon as possible.

instead of comments like "no, twitter is for losers" comment, could we perhaps have more reasoning comments?  :-\

I'm apparently a retard with ADHD and an internet disease as I use Twitter to follow up on a couple of friends within the graphics/multimedia society in Iceland. This is where my fellow ADHD graphic retards with short attention span share things like links to articles regarding multimedia or a heads up of development news or game updates.

The site itself is not something for me but it can be very usefull, when FileFront disappeared I used to check their Twitter to stay up to date about how the situation was. It can be useful.

I just like the Dev's to give a weekly update 2 pics are enough but just a sign of life every week is good for me... (I'm anti-personelwebsites *MySpace, facebook etc*)  ;)
