Badass = ME 109, if I get one, ... and I get it off the ground. 99% guaranteed I will make it a nightmare for opposing team pilots and fixed weapons. I have been known to cat and mouse willys jeeps just as torment. Head chop people waiting for the Beaufighter to spawn by low flying through the hangars, returning time after time to pick off 6lber gunners who never seem to learn their lesson about going back to the scene of a crime. I have been chased by all 3 hurricanes on Gazala - forced one into the ground and shot the other two down.
Badass = Carro Armato with HE selected, is it me or does the HE on the Carro have a blast radius like a giant exploding fist of god. Doesn't matter if it's on Bardia or Tobruk, taking the Carro Armato means I will show my enemies the true meaning of pain and suffering. (Was going to choose the sniping M3, but I've done far more damage to opposing teams with the Carro.)Pansey = Beaufighter, on El Alamein, whether it's getting strafed taxiing out of the hangar, shot in the back by some runway griefer, or ass pounded by your own bofors for having the audacity to land the thing and try to re-arm, the Beaufighter for all intents and purposes should own the El Alamein map, however it (imo) fails miserably. Within seconds of take-off you're most likley to be latched onto by the 109 as it skips around you like a giggling girl who's just got her new pony putting holes in your lovely new pony wings (strange analogy I know). Being pursued by the stukka is embarrassing and getting shot down by it is worthy of an Alt+F4 for incompitence, but it happens. Then the Beaufighter has such a heavy dive it's typical to see the Beaufighter as a cruising-burnt-black-sausage shape above an enemy flag as yet another pilot realises the timing that is involved when dropping ordanance and pulling up. It's true that the Beaufighter cannons when hammering the ground look like they are tearing a new ass into the desert floor, the havoc they can do to troops movements and trucks and marders (
) is epic, and it's a joy to watch the battle unfold from the cockpit window when the Germans seem unable to mobilze effectivly... but Beau, you are my pansey for the most part it's torture trying to keep you airborne, healthy and armed.
