On my 5-old year PC surely, especially with such big distance view...

I see that the new awards system is only in English Language. I know that the devs are limited in terms of languages, would you accept fan-made translations to the page? I think that would certainly help a bit to promote FH2 ranking and the game itself。

We Chinese FH2 community could provide

-Simplified Chinese
-Traditional Chinese

translations with excellent quality.

I think the person you'd want to contact via a PM would be Spitfire.

Also, after 2.4 gets released we will be starting a new contributors program that I will coordinate, for the community to help with things like localization files and website translations. Stay tuned.

I think you just remove the all the text related to the tanks from the GPO.con (Gameplay Objects.con) in the SP1 or SP3 folder.

For me, It will be the sounds of this map that will male it for me. A slight cold sounding wind would be nice. Will give it that just after it snowed windy feeling. Like up in the Colorado mountains. Im gonna love just going for walks on this map!!!

Trust me when I say that Natty has done an AMAZING job on the sounds and effects. This map, in my opinion, is the most immersive in the entire mod. It blows me away every time I play it.

Also, to those who commented about the trenches and are they like Hill 108. SnOOx helped design mine so you can expect epic battles!!

I hear what you're saying TS, but unless players are getting points stationary AT rarely get repaired especially when artillery and tanks can camp the 88 spawn.

Anyways, it respawns every 300 seconds/ 5 mins so it's not a gameplay breaker. I know you'll beg to differ :) That's why I love debating with you.

The issue has been rectified with additional cover and an alternate exit route from the German main.

If camping still remains an issue after 2.4 is released then I'll remove the 88 from respawning for the British if they capture point 213.

In all honestly, if just one person from the German team accounted for the 88, whether they destroy it or kill the Brit manning the gun this issue becomes moot.

The AI is getting an overhaul and I hope it will be ready for the 2.4 release.

The issues around the German's getting camping at their main base has been addressed as well as other tweaks to flag capture times.

PS Also note that I will be adding a 32 player version and possibly a 16 for 2.4 :D

Wow! Just simply Wow! I've always loved Fh2 for its looks but now seriously it looks like a completely new and better game!

Once 2.4 is released you'll understand why I can't play 2.3 any more :p
Seriously, the team has done an amazing job on this release. Hang in there a little longer fellas. It's not far away.

Ye thats a good one aswel. The first 3 flags are extremely difficult to cap and hold together. its nearly impossible to do.

The key to winning as Allied on St. Lo is having responsible and disciplined Squad Leaders that work together to assault/defend flags that are won/lost. (Objectively speaking, you can't consider factors like individual skills or experience)

I still stand for more tanks for the allies. It just issent right to see equal numbers of German tanks vs allied ones.

With all the fire power on the map and the large areas of open fields, adding extra tanks would make infantry life suck hardcore especially once the new patch is release ;) .

However, to compromise and give the Allies the "illusion" of tank superiority, I can take a closer look that the re-spawn times of US vs German armor and tweak them to represent the US tank superiority ratio.
