There's a server in China which populates at night time (of Asia timezones). The server runs mostly small maps and have around 20 in peak hours.
that means if you can't join servers like HSLAN(which is of high ping to Asia) you could try this instead...
from my observations, player quality range from total noob to only a few "god-like" players, so I have good time masscaring newbies there.
I hope there are some other people to share the fun there.
