Maverick 7.5/10
A fun, light hearted western with a great twist at the end. Not a great movie, but an entertaining one that will keep you smiling all the way through it.
Moon 8.5/10
Intense, good, entertaining. I wish they had focused more on the psychological aspect of it, but hey, you get what you get. Saw it with my parents, so I had to mark it up by 0.5 cause they invariably make the experience worse, and it'll be better for you guys. (for instance, asking me to explain things that were obvious plot mysteries, and then both of them staring at me questioningly for ten seconds when I didn't tell them the ending to a movie I had never seen before.)
The Hurt Locker 9/10
Extremely intense, though once again, I had to mark it up 0.5 because of my parents (characters explain why they are alone, 10 seconds later mom asks why nobody else is there with them, then proceeds to have conversation with dog)
I don't know what rawhide was smoking, I thought it was a great movie. Very refreshing to see a character based war movie, as opposed to plot based (or a character based movie in general).
