Question about repairing

Say I am repairing a flak gun that has been blown up
I repair it and a shell hits it, does this damage the gun again?

For example: it takes 30 secs to repair a flak gun, I am repairing for 15 seconds and a shell hits it, do I have to repair 30 secs again?

yes, it will damage the gun again, and you'll have to start over.
