Weird shadows

I have these strange shadows sometimes.
I also sometimes have black flashes when I shoot a mg in a tank. I had black flashes on the ground but I changed my ground options to low and they are gone (but now my ground is on low lol). Is their no way to fix this?

I have a 4890 vapor-x with 4gb of ram so it aint caused by slow pc.

Do you have AA forced using the ATI tool? In the ATI tool go to 3d settings - AA setting and choose let game manage AA setting
