I loved the way Bren handles now, and the sights that you can actually see through. Using it on the new Falaise pocket was epic.

Love it too, I only need to control the recoil.

Port-en-Bessin has been a slight disappointment, but just because of playing it once on allies. We got raepd.
Seeing the HI-Power was also great, and i was realy surprised to see it in the MG42spawn kit on Cobra. Haven't tried the M18 yet or the 231...

See ya on the field!

The map is beautiful, congratz to whom who made it. Like all new maps, I need to learn it to appreciate it.

Yeah allies definitely have a hard time getting a foothold and well...holding it.

What was that map that was released a while ago that one team would always get clobbered on and everyone complained about? Was it PHL? Fall of Tobruk? Sfakia? Sidi Rezegh? Tunis?

Well anyways, just like all the maps before, the community will have to adapt their play style and learn how to fight on this beautiful new chunk of real estate...

Tunis, but these maps are pretty different from eachother. And Tunis is fine now. Yea it is the most CQC slaughter in the mod, but some map needs to have this so.. it's OK. :)

As has been said before, the Browning was widely used by both sides in that time.

Oh I know PEB is different from Tunis, its just I remember similar complaints for it and some other maps about balance. Rather than restate my opinion on the level Ill just be lazy and quote myself:

I really like how uniquely PEB plays.

It is large, so youre not stuck in the same areas, but still traversable by foot
The push mode keeps the fighting concentrated, but there are two avenues of attack = options
The two push corridors are joined at the front rather than the back; interesting difference
The flag zones are close quarters
The region in between flags is a mix of close-medium range
The hills/hedgerows surrounding PEB and the separating waters of the port provide long range encounters
Few tanks, few pickup AT kits, but lots of satchels, so infantry-tanks are symbiotic
Beautiful map as a whole
Variation in the layout of the city, the statics, and the trenches outside the city

If I were to describe the feel at this point, I would say the fighting feels like Bardia, but the flags are capped much differently.

The new HI-Power is great. Today I loved going Jack Bauer with it, racking up kills from 100 meters AT LEAST.
I'd rather play Kimble with my ass!

In Giarabub it is in the little secondary fort the aussies spawn in. In FoT one is at the first british/ south african position near that truck.

To add...

flamethrower kit on operation cobra (was it always there? I never noticed)

falaise pocket fighting through the new layout of the town, every corner is a possible skirmish

attention to detail, top of the british sniper scope says makers of london  - again, never noticed this before.

HadrianBT - Why the hell would "Germany" attack pigmy ppl??!!
Thorondor123 - I agree that people are not wearing enough hats
