"Innocent"
"...and I like the German language – I think it sounds so manly. Also, just look at those German soldiers, with their tall posture, blue eyes and blond hair, as well as their immaculate military uniforms. I think they’re really cool."

Wow, that doesn't sound like gay porn at all ;)

The ignorance is astounding, btw. But I also understand that people in a country on the other side of the world don't know everything about the past of Europe. It's not like we teach/get taught Indonesian history before colonialism in schools overhere, or Australian history for that matter. But still, the nazis: you would expect them to be in a global common knowledge of the past.

Ignorance is great in europe, too. I visited once Poland. By accident I met a group of polish nazi, which sounds somehow ironically to me. And they treated me, like I was there hero, because I was german. I didnt understand, what was going on.

I have the same fascination with every Slavic Nazis... Russian Hitler-worshipping ultranationalists, Ukrainian neo-nazis, and the lot. Did they really read about the Nazis or what Hitler / Himmler / Goering really said about their people?

Last time, it also happened in Taiwan and then Japan, where school girls dress in "cute" SS-inspired uniforms, before the headmasters cancelled the Nazi-inspired events and apologised. I just don't understand why such thing can happen in place of education of all. Taiwan manufactures a lot of smartphones and PC components, yet some of their students didn't manage to Google SS atrocities, or whose side they were on back in World War 2.

The thing with Indonesians is, since the religious fundamentalists are on the rise, they equate Nazi Germany's hatred towards the Jewish people with their quest to destroy Zionism or Israel state. Currently, they are trying to spark the anti-communism paranoia as well.

Couldn't find any other more fitting threads to ask this. Whatever.

Has Alpha Project become the go-to mod for enhancing the vanilla BF experience for casual COOP? I've seen some videos and I'm quite impressed. I use to have a LAN with some friends and we start up some AIX2.0 for some fun rounds. Has AP surpassed AIX2.0 in quality?

In other news... I stole a bike today. I friend got her bike stolen a week ago. I was minding my own business and found the same bike locked with it's unrightful owner inside a building, maximum five meters away with visual to the bike. After confirming 100% match, I took it and booked it. It was locked so I had to carry it. I got really paranoid and prayed to God that the usurper did not see I restole the bike. It was an incredible adrenaline rush. I understand why kleptomaniacs becomes addicted to stealing.

What if the thief that stole the bike sold it to that guy? then you just stole a bike from somebody that bought it less then a week ago. Sucks donkey balls for him.

This has turned into a criminal thread.
That other thread failed miserably and if you try to spam or flame here, I will break your arms.
FH2 won't be the last FH. ;)

I thought about that before taking it and came to the conclusion that it is a dog eat dog world and that there had to be a casualty either way. Better to let the owner who bought it legally new for more money get the bike instead of three potential alternatives:

A: The thief still had the bike (screw him)
B: The thief sold the bike to a person who didn't know it was a stolen bike for less money than the owner bought it for (ah, that suck)
C: The thief sold the bike to a person who knew he/she bought a stolen bike for less money than the owner bought it for (screw him)

It is a good moral question. I could have contacted the police, but chances are they would not have come, would have come too late or could not accept the evidence provided. The owner did not have the serial number of the bike nor a receipt. Only visual confirmation through damages on the bike.

Don't worry, stealing bikes is good now.
