We've had enough of the swastika wars and the devs will decide what will happen with the Finnish swastikas. Hopefully they will come up with something that is acceptable by most of the people. Like I stated previously, it could be just a black cross with the same stylized white borders as with the Finnish Swastika and I'd personally have no problems with it. But if they decide to stamp the roundel on it, there's going to be another hell to pay.

For aircraft the roundel is OK tho, curiously enough.

Well, at the moment I've added swastikas to part of german aircraft and I'm planning to add it to the rest of  vehicles, without overusing though nor making them too big. Just the way they were placed.
For clothes, I would need first help from devs as I've had a hard time trying to even find out where the helmets are placed. In addition, Matthew Baker has retextured the german flag and it looks pretty great.
However, I'm not really going to touch whatever was made by Rad as I've got an huge respect for that man.

With the permission of devs, I could release it as a texture pack some day. (Keep in mind that I'm doing this as a world war two fan and I haven't got any relations with National-Socialism)

What about the iron cross on the far left?  I know it says its from 1918, but in my opinion it looks better than a circle.

In my honest opinion, that would look stupid. Circle is just fine.

It's not "Come on"
This is actually serious shit. I'd like to see swastikas for history's sake also, but wich you would rather choose (SERIOUSLY)

1. Lets have them, and lose support of our German players and possibly have the nitwit media up our asses
2. Lets not have them, and stay cool and smoot and fun.

MattiTatti, please. Stop whining. It has been noted by the developers, that swastikas gotta go.

I dont whine. I just want to stay realistic with this game. Normal human being should understand the difference of these swastikas. Developers do what they want to do. And maybe someone makes a mod for the swastikas then its ok.

Frankly I understand a ban on nazi symbols in Germany all too well, but how are they to sell a ban on another country's national symbols?
I hope an expert on German law will step up and enlighten us. Most of the above discussion remains constricted to 'what if the Germans...'.

you won't get anything but an eyeroll and this
Quote
§ 86a StGB Use of Symbols of Unconstitutional Organizations

(1) Whoever:

    1. domestically distributes or publicly uses, in a meeting or in writings (§ 11 subsection (3)) disseminated by him, symbols of one of the parties or organizations indicated in § 86 subsection (1), nos. 1, 2 and 4; or

    2. produces, stocks, imports or exports objects which depict or contain such symbols for distribution or use domestically or abroad, in the manner indicated in number 1,

shall be punished with imprisonment for not more than three years or a fine.

(2) Symbols, within the meaning of subsection (1), shall be, in particular, flags, insignia, uniforms, slogans and forms of greeting. Symbols which are so similar as to be mistaken for those named in sentence 1 shall be deemed to be equivalent thereto. […]

Meaning that anything even close to the German nazi swastika is not allowed by German Law.
He was not wrong. Amateurs talk tactics, pros talk logistics.
